• memory management of textures and icons

• another crash related to runtime created textures

• embargo could not be lifted if initiated by the player's country

• sometimes there was a vote on government budget even it the parliament was dissolved

• black money was not deducted on some actions

• sometimes loan instead of being repaid was increased
