Fixed the bug where Emergency Saves saved in the Safehouse could not be loaded properly.

ATTEMPTED TO fixed the bug where units being knocked back by Vortex on Ground will have their textures stay at the same tile.

ATTEMPTED TO fixed the bug where the matches in the Special Casino may not end, causing the game to softlock.
