Update v1.03

If you've been having issues with cocoons showing up with the xX_dog_Xx name, this new patch should fix your save file, restore those dogs, and let you play it again!

The issue was that if you had a cocoon saved with an invalid dog ID (a bug that existed prior to build v1.02), then it would load into the game with an ID mismatched from the dog inside of the cocoon, which caused it to not properly link to its owner.

The previous patch fixed dogs with broken IDs, but did not propagate that change to broken cocoons. This patch does that as well.
