Minor update 1.0.8.2

Hello there,

Here is a small update trying to look like a big one. But the 200Mb are a lie.

• Added 3840x2160 screen resolution

• Minor re-organization of some options screen

• Fixed the FX of the remote controlled car reactors

• Fixed quick-loading would crash if there was no existing save file

• Fixed stamps not showing the right color after loading a saved game

• Adjusted the stamps' painting behaviour (just a tiny bit nicer)

• Some memory optimization (and we have here the culprit of this seemingly somewhat-big update: many assets have been updated to be lighter in memory, among other things)
