Progression

• bulletproofed against rewritable dialogue breaking and blocking player input, resulting in a progression lock

• bulletproofed against missions not rewinding correctly if warping out via jump gate (in addition to via slipdrive)

Bug Fixes

• fixed ship construction regression that prevented new ship construction outside of the mission tutorial

• fixed metagame talents not working if they apply to various ship stats (this includes Subatomic Fortifications for example)
