Fixed an issue for the Glasses (Low) accessory and more

Thank you for using VRoid Studio. VRoid Studio v1.29.3 update concerns the following:

• Fixed an issue where the Frame (Thinner) parameter was not displaying for the Glasses (Low) accessory

• Fixed an occasional issue where the loading indicator did not appear when opening models on macOS

• Other minor fixes

• The save dialog on the macOS version now displays in the language set on your PC
