Patch Notes — January 20, 2026

Attention, Pilots! The following patch will be deployed for War Robots: Frontiers following a short period of maintenance on January 20, 2026.

New Content

New Event Pass: No Place to Hide (January 20-February 9)

Unlock the Crix War Robot and Stormpike weapon, and recruit Hero Pilot Giancarlo. Collect Wraps and Stickers as you progress, and prove your skills on the battlefield.

New War Robot: Hitcher

Designed for sustained engagements, Hitcher thrives at medium range, trading fire efficiently and applying steady pressure where it matters most. 

Available in Daily Deals and Direct Offers.

New Weapon: Slugger

Light autocannon that deals increased damage at close range but quickly loses effectiveness over distance. 

Available in Daily Deals and Direct Offers.

New Events

Fire Alert! (January 20-February 3)

Complete 3 battles daily to get your reward and keep the streak burning.

The event will run from January 20 to February 3 with resources and cosmetic rewards available — stay active to earn them all.

Intel Discount Event (January 20-27) This week, the Tortuga engineers invite Pilots to take a closer look at the following builds:

• War Robot Modules: Phantom, Griffin, Decker

• Weapons: Lighter, Quantum, Hefty, Jigsaw (Grim Titan)

• Gear: Holofield, Umbrella, Minefield, Energy Wall, Emergency Shield, Supply Surge

Solidus Node: Foundry is Back (January 20-February 3)

Solidus Node: Foundry will return on January 20 and remain available in a dedicated unranked queue for two weeks.

Gameplay Adjustments

Daily Deals

The probabilities for Titan modules have been adjusted to the Uncommon module levels. As a result, the Norna Titan, Bayonet, Scrubber, and Jigsaw weapons now have a higher chance of appearing in Daily Deals.

Balance Changes

The following adjustments apply to modules at max level:

Crix Torso

• Grappling cooldown decreased from 30s to 25s

• Armor increased from 59,000 to 68,000

Stormpike

• Time to reload decreased from 1.9s to 1.65s

Incinerator

• DoT duration decreased from 4.5s to 4s

• Effective range decreased from 100m to 80m

• Max range decreased from 180m to 150m

MLx2

• Time to reload decreased from 4s to 3.8s

Loki Chassis

• Fuel capacity increased from 16 to 17

• Acceleration increased from 46 to 48

Loki Torso

• Holographic Decoy duration increased from 8s to 11s

Scorpion Chassis

• Pelvic Armor increased from 62,500 to 66,000

• Legs Armor increased from 62,500 to 66,000

• Speed increased from 118 km/h to 124 km/h

Pursuer Chassis

• Acceleration increased from 49 to 55

Mesa Chassis

• Pelvic Armor increased from 121,400 to 142,000

• Legs Armor increased from 121,400 to 142,000

Mesa Shoulder

• Armor increased from 158,000 to 171,000

• Shield Cooldown Reduction increased from 13% to 15%

Mesa Torso

• Armor increased from 116,000 to 128,000

• Core Gear Harmonizer cooldown decreased from 38s to 30s

Varangian Shoulder

• Shield Cooldown Reduction increased from 11% to 13%

• Armor increased from 53,200 to 55,800

Ares Shoulder

• Shield amount decreased from 35,620 to 29,000

Recon Mode

• Active radius increased from 230m to 280m

• Active duration increased from 15s to 18s

Bug Fixes

• Norna Titan is now available in the Titan Arena in the Firing Range.

• Kinetic Barrier ability no longer requires charges and can be used after cooldown.
