Security fix & major bug fix

Hi everyone!

A small patch today with 2 fixes and a security vulnerability fix.

• Fixed a bug where clicking on 'Random' in the skin selector panel could pick a Winter DLC skin even if you didn't have the DLC. This would lead to your world being locked out if you didn't have the DLC. (Thanks wrathwell!)

• Fixed (hopefully) a bug where your downloads folder would be empty. I've added a check beforehand and added some logging to it.

• Fixed a security vulnerability issue that was present on older Unity Engine versions.

That's all for now. Thanks for your support!
