• Neutral classes soundtrack

Balance Changes

• EXPERIMENTAL: Rival hacker win condition now allows being arrested (you must still survive).
• EXPERIMENTAL: Rival hacker loses 'Prepared for anything'

Server Side Changes

• Fixed a bug where ISP/Jam would go through even if the player was voted off
