Patch Beta 2.12.303!

Hello everyone!

This patch:

• Moved Computer Factory to the correct category
• Added an in-game logger to see background logs if you have dev mode turned on. Useful for modders and playtesters
• Fixed issue where you couldn't build nanotubes factories and other buildings (hopefully, we'll keep an eye out)
• Added some debugging code for the building issue and for crashes to help us with finding the root cause
