Patch 0.9.4.3 - Moving boats and a few fixes!

This patch does the following:

• Grants the ability to move boats. (Arriving boats will still 'park' on top of eachother - this will be fixed soon.)
• Gets rid of a total freeze when adding storages to caravans. (Only happened on ultrawide resolutions.)
• Fixes it so that if a unit or animal ends up in water (which is only through bugs currently), it will be teleported to the nearest lands or docks.
