Fix waypoints jumping when crossing the 10km threshold.

Darken map fog in night mode.

Fixup main monorail contracts that may have changed since the last version when loading a save.

Increase varienty of types and length of build side jobs.

Increase monorail minimum separation to avoid very bumpy tracks.
