Make blast site rock hole a bit more obvious.

Fix bug with Dome and Heavy Duty Servo parts causing camera issues.

Fix Corner 2x2x2 colliders.

Fix bug where destroying the first or last segment of a completed monorail didn't refund.

Don't build structures if they become invalid while holding down the build button.
