Compressed and extended springs

This is a small update with a couple of requested features:

• The light, medium and heavy spring parts can now be placed in a compressed or expanded state. To change the start state of a part, right-click on it in the part inventory. When the vehicle spawns, the springs will try to return to their neutral position. Here is how the compressed and expanded springs align with other parts:

• Controller and mouse camera sensitivity settings are now decoupled. There is still one slider in the UI, but if you change the setting with the mouse, it doesn't affect the setting when using a controller and vice versa.
