DARKEST DAYS Service Closure Announcement

Hello Survivors,

This is the DARKEST DAYS.

First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the Survivors who have been part of the DARKEST DAYS journey.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the upcoming termination of the DARKEST DAYS services.

Although we have made every effort to continue on this road with our Survivors for as long as possible, we sincerely apologize that we are unable to continue providing the service.

The time you have spent with us and the valuable feedback you have shared throughout this journey have meant a great deal to us. The DARKEST DAYS Team will always cherish the love and support you have shown us.

During the remaining service period, we will do our utmost to provide the necessary information and support to minimize any inconvenience to our Survivors.

Please refer to the information below for important dates and procedures regarding the service termination.

[Service Termination Details]

■ End of Product Sales and Payment Services (Scheduled Maintenance)

• October 21, 2026 (Wednesday), 05:00 (UTC)

※ After the scheduled maintenance, purchases will no longer be available through the in-game shop.

※ Previously purchased time-limited benefits, including memberships, will remain active until the service termination date.

■ Service Closure  and Game Download Discontinuation

• November 24, 2026 (Tuesday), 05:00 (UTC)

※ After this date, the DARKEST DAYS will no longer be available for download and players will no longer be able to access the game.

※ Seasonal content and ongoing events will remain accessible as normal until the service termination date.

■ Official Community Closure

• After December 24, 2026 (Thursday), 05:00 (UTC)

※ Official community channels will be closed gradually after this date.

※ Please make sure to save any information or materials you wish to keep before the community channels are closed.

■ Data Retention

• Following the service termination, in-game account information and all user data (including characters, items, purchase history, etc) will be retained for a certain period in accordance with applicable laws and regulations before being deleted.
