UNDECEMBER will be undergoing a server patch on Nov. 27 (Thu) to address identified issues.

Please refer to the following information for details.

Nov. 27 (Thu) Server Patch

1. Server Patch Schedule: Nov. 27 (Thu) 20:20(UTC+9)

• The server patch will proceed without maintenance.
• The game will therefore be available to play while the server patch is underway.

2. Server Patch Details

• An issue where the [Holiday Raid Ticket] does not drop when Chaos Dungeon monsters exceed Level 165.

3. Issue Compensation

• Holiday Raid Ticket ×5

• Issue compensation can be claimed via Mail from 2025/11/27 (Thu) after the server patch to 2025/11/30 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9).
• Issue compensation is distributed once per account as mode-integrated, and Mail will be stored for 3 days (72 hours). ┗ It can only be claimed in either Standard or Season Mode.
• Issue compensation can only be claimed by accounts created before the compensation distribution. Accounts created after the maintenance has ended will not be eligible to receive it.

4. To Note

• Please exit the game completely before logging in again for the patch to be applied.
• Please note that you will not be able to enter the ** Auction House **, ** Constellation of Time **, ** Arena **, ** Chaos Dungeons **, and ** Eunos Dungeons ** for 10 minutes before and after the patch.
