This hotfix includes a number of fixes to the active Fairy Dust Festival portion of Spring.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed multiple issues with festival contributions not being properly reflected

• Fixed Syd's store not opening correctly

• Fixed an issue with active festival preparation quests not being handled properly once the festival begins

• Corrected Spring Portal entry issues
