20260305 - Bug fixes

App bug fixes:

• Card images now load from cdn

• Shuffling algorithm 2-card edge case

Card bug fixes:

• Necromancer skills can't be used with max skeletons in play

• Draw order incorrect for Fire Bomb

Card changes:

• Necromancer Severing Scythe can now be sacrificed without any targets to stun

• Owl, Sunbird, and Flying Squirrel all have same effect now

Note: due to the change to the shuffle algorithm, in-progress 48-hour games were removed, as they were no longer compatible.
