Matchmaking issues

Matchmaking is still having issues. I'm doing everything I can to fix this. Please be patient. If I can't resolve these issues soon I will add a solo queue matchmaking mode as a temporary substitute for party matchmaking as it will be easier to program and get working. Thank you
