v1.1.1 tiny patch

A tiny patch for v1.1

Changelog:

• Fixed the reboot screen bug
• Changed Devibom to evolve via an item instead of by level

Devibom item can be found in Memory Meadow and Bugman shops (post Rain City). If the item is not there, wait an in-game day for shops to refresh.
