Wildmender is Officially Steam Deck Verified 🐸

“A book is like a garden carried in the pocket” - Chinese proverb

But do you know what’s even better than a pretend garden in your pocket?

Carrying a real garden in your pocket 🐸

We’re thrilled to announce that Wildmender is now officially Steam Deck Verified, which means you can carry your blossoming garden around with you wherever you go 🌺

But what does being Steam Deck Verified mean?

When a game is submitted for testing on the Steam Deck, it can be assigned one of three different badges depending on how it performs. The Unsupported badge means that the game does not run properly on the Steam Deck and the Playable badge means that the game can be played on the Steam Deck, but the player may need to make some manual adjustments to the game for it to function correctly.

The Verified badge is only awarded to games that operate well on the Steam Deck without the need for the player to make manual adjustments and don’t present any significant problems when it comes to installation, performance, controls, and display.

After a lot of hard work from the team, we’re so proud to have finally achieved Steam Deck Verified status for Wildmender!
