Platetesting and TinyTeams

This week, PlateUp! is appearing in the TinyTeams festival which celebrates small development teams making games (in this case, just me!). Thanks to everyone for your support!

You should be able to watch PlateUp! being streamed here this Thursday in the 2pm-5pm slot!

Updates

I've been hard at work updating the game with more content and features. There's too much changed to do changelogs yet, but the game now has a functional franchise headquarters -- this is where you'll get to set up your team for each new restaurant, including choosing a floorplan and the dishes you're going to serve. Your franchise HQ lets you try new recipes in the staff kitchen (your cats are your main customers here!):

Aside from that, the game has lots more little bits of polish, including more instructions, sound effects, and a new dish to cook -- pie!

Playtesting

To help get more feedback and let people get their hands on the game, I'm going to start letting some people have access to the playtest platetest shortly. The game is still a bit rough, so if you're playtesting you'll have to bear with it a bit, but it'll be great to get more feedback and hear what you have to say!
