Frostpunk 2 | Hotfix 1.2.3

Dear Citizens,

A new Hotfix for Frostpunk 2 is out! The update introduces a number of visual and interface improvements, including new  Zoom Stories related to the celebration of the Chinese New Year. Check out the changelog below.

• Major Idea Tree panels adjustments and polish aimed towards improving readability and distinction of research outcomes in the Idea Tree to facilitate decision-making when comparing different option

• Other minor UI fixes and polish

Art

• New Zoom Stories related to the celebration of the Chinese New Year

• Idea Tree visual improvements

• District hubs are now producing different-looking smoke depending on district type

• Improved smoke visuals in extraction district

• New artworks for city messages related to consequence arcs and cornerstones

• Changed Winterhome cliff zoom story

• Fireflies polish

• Fixed automatons moving faster than intended

Gameplay

• Guided Voting is no longer a permanent modifier

• While Captains Authority is active, Guided Voting will no longer apply

Other

• Localization fixes
