Notes From the Underground #7 - Yee-Haw!

*Every time I think I’m familiar with a certain corner of the underground, it surprises me. A growing, living world, lost to the ages. And who’d have thought that one of its darker, more ruin-filled corners would contain undiscovered patches of greenery? Truly remarkable.

I must admit I was nervous when I encountered some of this area’s fauna, but they turned out to be a lot more placid than anticipated. I guess it’s true what they say. You can’t judge a book by its cover, and you can’t judge a creature by the sheer volume of its teeth.

The creature warmed up to me so fast that I was able to test my latest creation on it! I was worried I'd need to make some adjustments to use it on bipeds, but I'm pleased to report that it fits just fine. I certainly feel like a real rancher now. Dare I say, yee-haw?*
