Hotfix: Deluxe edition package validation

Fixed an internal metadata problem with the Deluxe Edition dlc validation that was causing it to show as corrupted or unverifiable.

Some users may need to run a clean re-install for this to take effect, be sure to delete your local install and the documents/Paradox Interactive/Infinite folder before attempting a reinstall. For more info check our known issues and troubleshooting guide for possible additional steps.
