The wait is over, the Dome Keeper Mod Jam has officially begun! Time to unleash your creativity and bring your wildest ideas to life.

🔗 How to Get Started

Before you dive in, make sure to:
✅ Register your team or solo entry on Discord – We’ve set up a dedicated forum for you to announce your participation. Head over to our Discord server to get started.
✅ Get your own private channels – Once you’ve posted your team/solo entry, we’ll create a private chat and voice channel just for you! This ensures your team has a space to work, and our team can pop in to offer support when needed.
✅ Need support? Tag the @Mod Jam Support role on Discord, and either Jarvs, Ste, or Seraxis will assist you. Use your private team chat for confidential matters or the #mod-jam-general channel for public questions.
✅ Need art guidance? Anne from Bippinbits is available to offer support.

🛠️ Quick Rules Recap

🏆 Awards & Prizes: If you want your mod to be considered for an award, you must submit it via the official submission form before the deadline.

🔹 Prizes:
🥇 Best Mod – $300 USD
🥈 Runner-Up – $200 USD
🥉 Second Runner-Up – $100 USD
🏅 Bonus Awards – Special categories may be announced!

Each winner will also receive an exclusive Dome Keeper Mod Jam hoodie and a Drillbert plush toy for every team member (max 6 per team).

🎨 AI Art Policy: We encourage original works and will favour them during judging. AI-generated content can be used, but mods that rely heavily on AI art are unlikely to win prizes. Programmer art is absolutely welcome!

👥 Team Size: Teams must have a maximum of 6 members. Prize money will need to be split by the team, so appointing a team leader to handle this is a good idea. Hoodies and plushies will be capped at 6 per team.

📅 Important Dates

🛠️ Mod Jam Duration: February 21st, 00:00 CET – February 28th, 23:00 CET
📥 Submission Deadline: February 28th, 23:00 CET
🎤 Award Show: One week after the event (exact date TBA)

🚨 Final Submission Requirements 🚨
If you want to be eligible for a prize, your mod must be:
✅ Uploaded & tested on Steam Workshop
✅ Fully submitted via the Official Submission Form
✅ Completed by 23:00 CET on Feb 28
✅ Once submitted, do not update until the winners are announced. Let us know before fixing any critical bugs.
