SVFI 3.21 Updates

New Features

• SVFI's self-developed VFI model - GmfSs series adds the PG104 model, also known as Fortuna Union. To use, install the free RTX 30 Series Optimization DLC.

• Tencent's frame interpolation model EMA-VFI

• Support for automatic black bar detection. Trigger by setting both length and width options of "Crop Black Bar" to -1.

• Frame duplication removal has been moved to "Interpolation Settings", with the addition of Spatiotemporal Resampling and First Order Dedup as new dedup options. TruMotion has been renamed to Spatiotemporal Smoother.

• Added AV1 output

• Using mkvmerge for MKV output merging

• (Pro) Support for customizing decoding command line arguments
