4.0.4 Hotfix

• Fixed VM Abort game crash caused by Gazeark

• Fixed bug with Overflow and Aegis powerups resetting armor type to green armor

• Removed menu options for unsupported audio sample rates

• Minor E4 map & terminal fixes & improvements
