APRIL FOOL’S UPDATE 0.2.2

Hello, friends!

With this update, we want to outline the future direction for KLETKA. In the next major update, we plan to add more interactions on the floors, enchantments for tools, weapons, and enemies, a reworked sentence and leveling system — and something else as well... We've upgraded the game to a new engine version, so outdated mods may no longer work. Also — we’ve added a new April Fools' mode — Turbostruct, featuring increased loot and enemy spawns, faster characters, and only 60 floors. If it proves popular, we might make it permanent :)

New Features

• The game has been upgraded to Unreal Engine 5.5.

• Added a new game mode: Turbostruct. This mode features 60 floors, more loot and enemies, and increased stats for the player, elevator, and enemies.

• Introduced a system of item and enemy enchantments. For now, enchanted entities can appear on any floor. In future updates, we plan to expand this system with crafting, new types of enchantments, and abilities.

• Item description windows have been reworked. Now you can view basic item info even when interaction isn't possible (e.g. full inventory).

• Damage values have been adjusted for some weapon types.

• Added a new anomalous floor: The Big Room.

• Added another anomalous floor: The Pool.

• Added notes to the floors.

• Added a new track by Eskimo.

• Added 3 new tracks by crystal lotus.

• Added a new track by houp.

Fixes

• Fixed item stacking behavior.

• The Sentence Reroll Monument now grants an extra effect if the prisoner has fewer than 3.

• The Sentence Reroll Monument no longer grants duplicate effects.

• Glooper now releases the player after some time.

• Fire can no longer be extinguished with a flamethrower :0

• Fixed an equipment bug: some items would stop activating on LMB/RMB after pickup.

• Fixed spawn points for meat growths in the Fleshmine biome: they no longer block loot spawn points.
