Friends, hello!

In this update, we’ve improved session filtering and configuration. You can now create private sessions for friends only! As per tradition, we’re also rolling out a bunch of important fixes.

New Features

• Added a “Friends Only” option to the session creation settings. The “Session Name” option has been moved to the “Advanced” section.

• Added a second voice chat type — EOS — which will be used for cross-platform sessions on consoles and PC. The legacy voice chat type remains enabled by default. However, you can already switch this in the session creation menu.

• Added the ability to disable connection error notifications via the Settings menu.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug causing super-fast attacks after entering a minecart.

• Fixed a bug that prevented the Chernobog Monument from replacing an existing sentence with a new one.

• The Explosive Crawler can once again detonate from a thrown item.

• Fixed control issues with Clunker when using an inverted camera.

• Fixed Clunker’s infinite horn sound.

• Fixed a bug where players could get stuck in textures after Glooper released a grabbed player.

• Mimics can once again play their greeting animation.

• Fixed a crash related to enemy object destruction.

• Fixed Mimic movement on Floor 69.

• Fixed Lurker collision.

• Slightly reduced the echo effect for all sounds in large spaces.

• The “Prison Jam” achievement can now be obtained by throwing the ball with the right mouse button.

• Fixed an infinite visual effect caused by eating XShroom.

• Slightly increased the spawn chance of repair kits.
