• Fixed "Bake it till you make it" achievement

• Fixed jittering fog after leaving headroom

• Fixed broken fog in cave

• Respawn safety

• Safeties for items falling through the ground in the village

• Added "money cloud" to pipefitter so you can see how much you carry

• Some oven room adjustments (the ovens will be reworked a bit in the future though)
