Bug fixes

• [Fixed] Items become invisible when hitting them out of a pipe

• [Fixed] Items remaining in the pipe when exiting the tower are not available at the pipefitter sister's

• [Fixed] When having multiple joysticks connected only one joystick can actually change its input mapping (in order to change the input mapping for a joystick use that joystick to walk around in game and then go to the menu)

• [Fixed] Randos not picking up stuff anymore after they dropped it before

• [Fixed] Companions disappear when transforming into a monster in certain bonus rooms
