• Added a new setting under Gameplay in Options to enabled "Dark Card Face"

• Added a dark themed card back to go along with the dark card face setting

• Fixed a few missing translations

The dark card face option is a work in progress, we're probably going to change it a bit in the future to have the colors blend better. Might add other options as selectable card face themes like card backs as well.
