Follow up build to fix crash

Let's try this again! This is a re-release of the build from earlier tonight that fixes a fatal crash when trying to play Expedition mode (whoops!), plus some more fun stuff.

Change list:

• Fixed crash when selecting a game in Expedition mode

• Gaps: Fixed bug with rank labels not being updated after undo

• Lady Betty: Fixed typo in rules

• Added new deck, card back, and background
