New patch v2.01

Added buttons to switch between 960x600 and 1920x1200 screen resolution (experimental) The buttons should be only visible tot hose players with a screen height resolution >1200

Removed the [stats] from the achievements screen

Adjusted the enemy stats button

Added a notification after crafting the tracker to locate it

Added more information on the autospawner tooltip

Now you can see passive Pins tier on the tooltip

Fixed the last icon on the enemy stats to show the chikara icon

Fixed tutorial chikara bar step

Fixed leaderboards mask

Leaderboards now show up to 100 players

Fixed a bug that let pins drop outside the board
