Nov. 23 updates

Some Finnish language localizations are missing, but those will be added asap. A bug related to using grocery bag as passenger in the moped still persists, but will be fixed in the next update.

• Implemented crash reporter, press Send and Close or Send and Restart if you get a crash so we can investigate.
• Added a selection box when loading game to choose between single or multiplayer.
• Added bind setting for console.
• Improved Kalevi log buying.
• Fixed player being affected by river currents when not in a river.
• Fixed garbage bin not destroying all items.
• Fixed fishes stretching when taken out of backpack.
• Fixed being able to take turbo quest multiple times.
• Fixed some items becoming offset when entering boat.
• Fixed a crash related to mower when loading a game.
• Fixed boat tanks unable to be bought (again)
• Fixed oil lamp unable to be refilled.
• Adjusted bear meat output
