We just wanted to jump on here and wish everyone a Happy Halloween!🎃

While we’re here, we’d love to update you on a couple things about our witchy game and the progress we’re making:

We’ve been working on the in-game journal!

Throughout October, we’ve been hard at work on the in-game journal. This journal houses all your information on ingredients, your inventory, and your to-do list to help progress through the game. We’ve been focussing on how the pages turn and how to make the book look cosy and autumnal! Here’s a GIF and a screenshot of our progress:

For November, our focus turns to character customisation! We can’t wait to show you more very soon…

Finally, Slavic folk lore is one of the big inspirations behind REKA, so we’d like to end this blog by giving a nod to Forefathers’ Eve! We hope everyone who celebrates has a wonderful time.
