Patch notes 2/7/22

Fixes to controller support:

• C-stick axes were swapped for some controller types.

• Inputs weren't detected for some controller types.

• Double inputs were detected for some controller types.

• Issues with Steam Input (we now disable Steam Input automatically when you enter the game, since it was causing too many problems.)
