Patch notes 4/8/23

We've cleaned up some issues identified after the beta launch. Thank you to the community members who helped us pin down some of these bugs!

Bug fixes - Steam Workshop: ✅ Crash seen on startup for some players after loading new Steam Workshop content ✅ Workshop characters can now be loaded from a previous save, even if not connected to the Internet

Bug fixes - character editor: ✅ In a rare scenarios, finalizing character "works" but doesn't allow use in battle ✅ Character and projectile properties can't be updated using actions anymore (MaxWalkSpeed, etc) ✅ Hitboxes in a projectile's Destroy animation can cause unintended multihit ✅ UpAxisValue/RightAxisValue/CUpAxis/CRightAxis variables stopped working in actions ✅ After adding a variable and saving, the variable stops working if used in projectiles ✅ In victory animations, a sprite from the idle animation can sometimes appear on top ✅ Crash occasionally seen when loading a character into the editor: "GetMaxDepthForSprite" ✅ Switching character in editor could cause crash: "GetInteriorPixel" ✅ The camera mode pane sometimes cannot be clicked after selecting a sprite ✅ On the first frame of an attack animation, using an action to leave the ground fails ✅ Grey timelines occasionally appeared when clicking on bones or expanding dropdown menus

Bug fixes - gameplay: ✅ The ultra button can cause other attacks to be canceled, which it shouldn't be able to do ✅ C-Stick stopped working to charge an attack ✅ When grabbing a hanging player that's hanging on an edge, the hanging hanging player remains in place

Minor visual improvements: ✅ Hit effects were toned down slightly (made them smaller and added less bloom) ✅ Improved loading screen video quality ✅ Lighting for effects doesn't looks quite right in direct sunlight or darkness
