Dystopia now has Steam cloud support

Hi all, I just added cloud support for Dystopia.

The following files get uploaded to cloud:

• cfg/config.cfg

• cfg/dys_presets.txt

• cfg/meatspace.cfg

• cfg/cyberspace.cfg

• your spray

This also may have inadvertently fixed issues involved with sprays not working or being saved in the menu.

If you have any suggestions for other files that should be saved to the cloud that I didn't think of, let me know!
