Server Info: Restart required to pull lastest patch

• Fixed Backpack issues on servers
• Fixed Car tire equip menu option and control click fixes
• Fixed Pad/advanced lock stack consume issue
• Fixed RV cooking stove replication issues
• Fixed Charms not unequipping in single player
• Fixed Vehicle added storage UI refresh issues
• Fixed Building actor dropping items when it shouldn't
• Fixed Minimap cursor missing while in car
• Fixed Name tag color issue
• Fixed some minor UI issues
