0.8.7.5 - UI with gamepad

Hi guys,

The last update creates tons of bugs so I needed to fix a lot of things. I hope it's better this way :D

BIG STUFF

• you can now mash A (X on PlayStation) to directly play an exhibition game

• gamepad is usable in almost all menus

• B / Escap button works to quit/return in menus (crazy, right ? :D)

• MyClub - evolution got changed to avoid players getting too expensive fast

IMPROVEMENTS

• block system a bit more balanced

• default venues got a bit changed

• difficulty is shown at the end of Infernal Tower

• less errors from CPU

BUGS FIXED

• bug where the ball lands on the line and the game lock (my bad !)

• tons of UI with gamepad bugs

• players number wasn't displayed in UI
