    Fix bug that prevented them from enforcing their Beliefs after Load
    Increase likelihood of Raiding other AI Kingdoms
    Kick Nobles that don't fit out earlier
    Prevent more Mortals that don't fit from Joining

    Retire reactions to out of date Opinions when they have changed
    You can now Cancel a reaction to a Ruler Opinion by changing that Ruler Opinion
    
Raids
    Warn of Incoming Raid even if the Petitioner is Sleeping
    Lower chance of Raiding the Player if the AI Kingdom needs to Recruit
    
Difficulty
    Lower Range of Difficult Moment Frequency Variance

    Show Race if it factors into Compatibility

    Drop chance of Bandits by 33%

    Increase likelihood that Wanderers will ask to Join if they Like your Kingdom
