Patch 0.6.0.3

Quick note again, we were aiming to be on sale today for the Steam Summer Sale, but the Steam backend had some issues with applying the sale so I'm not sure when our discount will go live. I've put in a support ticket with Valve, so fingers crossed that they find a solution.

We managed to find the cause of at least some of the softlock issues. This potentially fixes all of them, but we won't know until we see that it's not affecting any players after this change. So if your game gets stuck at all, please send a bug report, thanks!

This will update NOT clear your in-progress runs from Update 1 (Patch 0.6.0) and forward.
