Hotfix 0.9.0.0a

[v.450336]

Small hotfix for issues introduced in 0.9.0, and added missing Japanese translations.

• Fixed issue where single-unit drafts (second Mythic unit draft) were garbled and caused soft-lock
• Fixed missing card art for card "Quick Thinking"
• Fixed looping clanking sound that could occur after starting a City defense battle

This update will NOT clear your in-progress runs from Update 4 (Patch 0.9.0) and forward.
