Hotfix 0.12.0.4

Alright, this hotfix includes a pretty common crash bug that's been plaguing some of you when facing Dire Vermin. It also includes fixes for three other rarer crashes. This patch will NOT clear your in-progress runs from either Update 7 (Patch 0.12.0) or Update 6 (Patch 0.11.0) and forward.
