Hotfix 0.15.0.3

Hotfix for Update 10 (Patch 0.15.0).

This will work with recent runs starting with Update 10, except for Hotfix 0.15.0.2 (500117)! Unfortunately there was a data error in that one that could not be made compatible with this version; apologies if you lose your run this way. Your meta-progression is still retained.

[v.500176]

• Fixed an issue where resuming your run would lead to a missing City and a black screen

• Tried another fix for the issue where the Workshop would sometimes fail to spawn. If your current run suffers from this issue, continuing the descent may not necessarily fix this; it's only guaranteed to apply on a fresh run
