Fixes:

• steel plates welded to the SAM vehicle can now be painted
• walls alignment mode with existing elements no longer causes the wall being aligned to disappear
• fixed an issue with a duplicated old saw it will no longer spawn (for new save files)
• fixed savegame errors: “Object reference not set to instance of an object”
• removed unsupported “Steam Workshop” options from the construction shop menu
• spawn points in construction shops have been raised upward
• increased the payout for digging foundations #2 and #3
• the reward for repeating the “Cutting Old Planks” task now scales based on remaining time
• removed the strength requirement for lifting the welder

The purchase of ciruclar saw in the shop has not been unlocked yet, as I discovered a bug related to saving items cut on the saw.
