1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

Notice is hereby given that the Institute of Structural Enjenirs is officially accepting competitive bids for the design and construction of a permanent crossing over the Rolling Hills river.

Following years of severe mismanagement and incompetence by the Institute of Royal Architects, His Royal Highness King Lachlan has personally cleared the kingdom's treasury to fund a new bridge - to be designed by the community itself - and is awarding Steam Gift Cards to the best entries.

Whether your firm specialises in mechanically operated, multi-million-coin, wyvern-assisted civil structural engineering masterworks - or plain races to the bottom with "minimalist" approach designs - all contractors are formally invited to submit proposals and claim their share of the prize pool.

2. TENDER SPECIFICATIONS & CONSTRAINTS

All submitted proposals must adhere to the following engineering guidelines:

• Site Location: Structures or contraptions must provide a method of transportation across Kristoffers Crossing in Rolling Hills (Creative Sandbox).

• Structural Type: Although this is a "Bridge" challenge - all structure and contraption types will be accepted

• as long as it provides a viable means of transportation across the river for the Enjenir. This can range from bridges, floating vehicles, flying systems, catapults etc. Thinking outside the box is always encouraged!

• Material Guidelines: All construction materials are at your disposal, including - but not limited to-wyverns, magnets, buoyancy barrels, and of course, potato spawners.

• Load Testing & Structural Integrity: Ideally, the structure or contraption should allow the Enjenir to cross the river with (relative...) safety.

• Equal Opportunity: This is an equal opportunity tender, and therefore we are accepting designs even from architects - where designs may not even factor in simple elements like physics / gravity / engineering. Therefore submissions where part, or even the entire structure, requires physics to be disabled - are also accepted as a submission.

3. CONTRACT CATEGORIES & PRIZE ALLOCATION

His Royal Highness King Lachlan has allocated a treasury of Steam Gift Cards to be awarded across the following official contract divisions:

• 🏆 THE PRIME CONTRACTOR AWARD (Grand Prize): Granted to the most structurally sound, visually magnificent, or mechanically breathtaking bridge proposal.

• ⚙️ THE INNOVATIVE VISION AWARD: Granted to the firm that completely over-engineers their proposal with an absurd excess of drawbridge mechanisms, pistons, or moving parts.

• 🎨 THE “SPECIAL” ARCHITECT'S AWARD: Granted to the firm with the most undeniable creative and vision to design an aesthetic masterpiece... even if it only functions when physics is disabled…

• 🏅THE PEATYTURF AWARD: These will be awarded by the high council of elite Enjenirs (Cillín and Neil) to their favourite submissions.

4. HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR BID

1. Launch The Enjenir and enter “**Creative Sandbox” **mode.

2. Create a new save and select Rolling Hills as your level.

3. Head to Kristoffers Crossing in Rolling Hills and start constructing your bridge proposal.

4. CRITICAL STEP: From the Pause Menu, click the “Upload to Workshop” option.

5. Ensure you tick the "Community Challenge" box on the upload screen!

6. (Optional) Leave your official "Contractor's Pitch" in the Workshop description or in the comments below explaining why the taxpayers should fund your creation.
