Gamepad Hotfix Patch 2

• Fixed issue where the options menu dropdowns would not work with gamepads

• Added RB shortcut for ending turn on gamepad

• Fixed tooltips not showing up in the modifier menu in new game creation

• Fixed menu bar sometimes not showing up after using the delay action

• Fixed gamepad sometimes selecting End Turn after rolling dice in world inspection mode

• Added input hints for inspection of keywords in abilities(both the ability icons and the "pick a new ability" menu)
